Post All Time Best Athletes in the Ring
I know there's a lot, but who do you think are the all time greatest pure athletes in the ring?

I'd go with so many. Here's a few (in no order).
Ric Flair
Bret Hart
Shawn Michaels
Most puroresu and joshi wrestlers
Chris Benoit
Bryan Danielson
Nigel McGuinness
William Regal
Spanky
Paul London
Kurt Angle
Shelton Benjamin
Kenny Omega
Briscoe Brothers
Matt Sydal (he will always be Sydal to me)
Brock Lesnar
AJ Styles
Samoa Joe
Rob Van Dam
Teddy Hart
Ultimo Dragon
Jay Lethal (his indie stuff is great)
and of course Scott Hall

How could you forget LANCE STORM!

Other than that, the only omissions I can find from your list are:
Roderick Strong
Austin Aries
Tyler Black
Davey Richards

You guys forgot the best atlete today, Shelton Benjamin. I think that his lack of mic skills, and the lack of a couple of really spectacular moves are the reasons he is being held down, and not geting a real push. But a hell of an athlete.

I agree with much of this post, Angle as the greatest, well he is great, but as far as fitness goes I feel there are better. Intensity wise Angle would take it.

I also have to take a shot at Paul Roma, now this is going to sound harsh but I never thought he was any good at being a wrestler. In my opinion he had mid range talent at best, I almost cried when he became a horseman.

no worries

Roma:I liked him as a 'Young Stallion' with Jim Powers, super quick & agile, remember his off the top rope dropkick & big splash the most, probably because I liked 'the goodies' not 'the baddies' as well :lol didn't see him as a 'Horseman'

I pretty much base my opinion of Kurt as the all time best athlete in WWE because I haven't seen his TNA matches....
I absolutely loved watching Kurt Angle's matches, you always knew that he would put the 'Wrestling' aspect into the show, tremendously aggressive competitor, clinical, accurate, sharp timing,Kurt had it all,a dream match would have been Kurt Angle VS Bret Hart IMO.

Bobby Eaton(one of the most underrated wrestlers of all time IMO)
Stan Lane
Dennis Condrey
Prince Devitt
Terry Funk(has seen some of his matches as NWA Champ.. and they are great)
Harley Race

could list a few japanese wrestlers, but you allready listed Most puroresu wrestlers, so i'm gonna go with that.

Vader. You cant move a 400+ lb frame around like he did without being a top athlete.
