No one seems to know where former WWE/WCW wrestler Perry Saturn is. Some of his closest friends actually believe he's not alive, but no one has proof one way or the other. At the funeral of Killer Kowalski, the whereabouts of Perry Saturn was the number one topic of conversation with a number of his friends saying they didn't believe he was still alive. Every few months or so, his friends ask Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer to do a missing persons search on him, but it always turns up with nothing.

I hope this isn't true. It's actually starting to look like some sort of sick curse on the Radicalz, and that group of friends in general. First Eddie, then little more than a year later Benoit, and now a year later possibly Saturn...... PLEASE make this not true. I feel so sorry for Dean Malenko if it is, all his best friends are dying around him, and it's getting beyond horrific. ![]() You may be a VIP, but around here, I'm a VERY IMPORTANT PERSON, SON!!! |

on Oct 29, 2008 7:33 pm I hope this isn't true. I was always a huge Saturn fan and the man has always been known to be humble, polite, and caring.

on Oct 29, 2008 8:04 pm I have never been a fan of Perry Saturn. I do not dislike him, just had no interest. However, I honestly hope that he is just stepping away and taking some personal time to sort whatever it is that he is sorting out. You never know, many famous ppl "disappear" for months or years and then show back up unannounced. let us all hope and pray this is the case with perry.

on Oct 29, 2008 9:21 pm Long sleeve shirt, long pants, hair, especially if it is curly and clean shaven, he would not look near the same.

Saturn can't grow long hair, he'd have to wear a wig. He started shaving his head during his ECW run because he was beginning to go bald. They even made a storyline out of it - Francine cut his hair after The Pitbulls laid them out and Saturn continued to keep it shaved as an homage to Mickey Knox. |

on Oct 29, 2008 10:26 pm This is definitely troubling news. Not only is Saturn an amazing athlete, and one of the few men who could successfully blend high flying, technical, and hardcore styles, but after he had to retire temporarily from wrestling a few years back after saving a girl, he proved how much of a man he really was.
Please, let this be more speculation and less fact, or else wrestling really did lose a hero. RKO93 wrote: "In Stevo We Trust" http://www.myspace.com/minersclubband Supporting Tom Baker and his swampy, soulful rock band! Luchaskull by NDX |

on Oct 29, 2008 10:55 pm Umm This could be very true, I do know that Perry Saturn saved a girl that was being car jacked afew years back and was shot afew times I believe. All but ending his career with serious neck trauma. I do hope he has just taken his money and maybe moved far away.

on Oct 29, 2008 11:03 pm It was quite a heroic story, Saturn was taking his girlfriend to work one morning, they were stuck in traffic, Saturn heard in a nearby car someone screaming for help. Saturn got out, found the car, and the abducted girl inside, then Saturn proceeded to take on the two guys who kidnapped her. What Saturn didn't realise until after was that he had been shot in the neck by one of the abducters.
I hope the speculations of his death are false.

on Oct 29, 2008 11:04 pm People, people, this is the guy who got shot in the back of the neck a few times and barely noticed. Just because no one knows where he is doesnt mean hes dead, it could just as easily mean he doesnt want to be found.
still, when i hear about this, two things come to mind. one being that he may be the best person in wrestling, the guy got shot saving a girl for petes sake, how can you not love the guy? another is the radicals have to be cursed, because if he is dead, which i really hope isnt true, that means that would be 3 of the four wrestlers dying under odd circumstances within 4 years of each other. thats just streight up strange. Proudly avoiding getting stabbed for over 18 years now |

on Oct 30, 2008 1:29 am perry saturn is an amazing human being, he resuced a girl that he never knew, the man is a hero, all the wrestling accomplishments aside how many of us would resuce a girl that was being raped, or in retrospect take bullet for said woman, and then never known to been shot in the back of the neck. I really hope the rumors are b.s. because i enjoyed him as a wrestler and a we need more human beings like that walking the earth.

on Oct 30, 2008 2:46 am I hope this isn't true. The man is a hero for saving that girl, and he was actually good in the rung aswell.
Come Back Saturn. If he is dead though, then thoughts and condolences (sp?) go out to the family, and I pray that Malenko doesn't get hurt from this "Radicalz-Curse".

on Oct 30, 2008 7:15 am Honestly one of the best, underrated wrestlers the world has ever seen. I sure as hell hope hes not dead. He was basically the only guy who ever carried Goldberg to a decent match during his initial run.
Why so cynical in life, you think you're living to die? All in wait. |

on Oct 30, 2008 7:21 am It pains me to think of him being gone. I have always LOVED watching Saturn and I just couldn't stand to see this. It was devastating when Eddie went, it was horrifying when Benoit went, and this would be just plain terrible. I feel so bad for Dean Malenko.
